Great one-stop shop for end user management and support
Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Endpoint Central
After the initial overhead of onboarding devices, Endpoint Central has become the one stop tool for endpoint and end user desktop support. Hybrid working proves challenging for end user support as well as device compliance management, since adopting Endpoint the time taken to resolve end users problems has been significantly reduced without compromising security. Patch management and vulnerability patching, Endpoint Central has moved the business to a place where devices are no longer required to connect to either the office network or the VPN to receive essential updates and other patches that are required for Cyber Essentials and other industry IT requirements. Value added features are still being investigated as we are not yet using the full suite of tools available within our subscription, that being said, one place we have seen significant value benefit is using the image deployment allowing one “standard” image across all our geographic sites.
