Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Endpoint Central

We use it to easily install patches, software, and configurations. Also easy to use to remote into other computers to assist our employees with any type of issue. We use it to manage all laptop and tower devices in our company which is around 600 devices or so.

Pros

  • Deploy software
  • Remoting in to other computers
  • Deploy configurations
  • Deploy quickly to multiple devices

Cons

  • Create specific reports on minor details
  • Saved us on sending out equipment
Very easy to navigate. It is a robust program but feels like its very easy to find what you need. Its also versatile and lets us do many different things.

When we have a certain cert or something like that, that has to be deployed immediately, it is easy to set something up and get it sent out and hit multiple devices in one big push.
