Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Endpoint Central
We use ManageEngine in a range of 550 users for approximately the same number of computers. It helps us everyday. We are able to see a lot of informations about devices without even disturbing the end user. We also use it to troubleshoot remotely every computer that is managed. ManageEngine offers a lot of functionnalities and even though it is really useful to us, I think we are not using more than 15% of its full capacity. Today, we can do, see, check anything by just logging in to our console and fetch the informations needed.

- The UI, it is really good but I think being able to customize it more would be great
- Improve the scripts behind the buttons, sometime they just don't work
