Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Endpoint Central
Mostly we are using for patch management and also for deployment of any software installation. Some time for forcing any policy like NTP settings. Inventory management is also using time to time.
Pros
- Its help to manage patch centrally since it's difficult to manage manually.
- As per ISO 27001:2022 comp licence it helps us to provide Inventory for asset register.
- Geeting details information of each system help us to manage it well.
- Reporting related to inventory getting simple.
Cons
- Prohibited software by each version it should be software name or grouping wise. Make it simple will be highly recommended.
- Since organization is ISO 27001:2022 certified it's mandatory to have certain ISO controls need to take care. End points help us to comply in many controls.
- Centralize monitoring become much easier.
- Getting clear picture of assets status now not dependent in any manual report.
