Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Endpoint Central

ME endpoint central is a unified management solution, which solved our long pending issue of third-party patch management. We moved from Qualys to ECP and it saved us budget and improved the overall security posture. It is easy to manage and deploy the patches, software and remote control. It has a very robust module for managing and securing the web browsers.

  • Drivers' deployment could be better.
  • DLP is immature and needs improvement
  • OS imaging and deployment is sometimes unstable
  • MDM needs improvement
  • We moved from Qualys to ME and it saved us in our yearly budget.
  • Patch deployment is better in ME and it helped in improving our security compliance.
  • It is a Unified solution combining the Patch management, OS deployment, MDM, Endpoint Security etc, which is better for management and budgeting.
It is easy to manage and deploy the software and patches. It provides quick and proper support and is cost effective. Patch management, software deployment, OS deployment, MDM, DLP, etc can be managed under a single interface.

Patch visibility and deployment is very easy compared to other popular products in the market. The support and response from ManageEngine is very good and the pricing is very feasible for small and mid-organisation. The product interface is easy to understand and manage. It has a good integration with other ManageEngine products like service desk plus.
