- Email analytics.
- Lead tracking.

- Smart list load times.
- Campaign sending times (sometimes a campaign is scheduled for 4:00, but doesn't actually send until 4:30).
- When editing landing pages and emails, sometimes you want to shift everything an inch and have to shift each one by one. Very frustrating.
- Faster lead conversion.
- Increased efficency.
- Better insight into lead actions.
Marketo was implemented before my time so I am unsure of how it stacks up against competitors.
