Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

We use Marketo as our marketing automation tool in sync with Salesforce.
  • Email analytics.
  • Lead tracking.
  • Database analytics.
  • Smart list load times.
  • Campaign sending times (sometimes a campaign is scheduled for 4:00, but doesn't actually send until 4:30).
  • When editing landing pages and emails, sometimes you want to shift everything an inch and have to shift each one by one. Very frustrating.
  • Faster lead conversion.
  • Increased efficency.
  • Better insight into lead actions.
Marketo was implemented before my time so I am unsure of how it stacks up against competitors.

List loading is wicked long..., WISYWIG editing could be better (not able to select all to move attributes, must move one by one), demo requests are not currently firing and case is still open from 4 days ago.
