Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

Marketo is our main platform for outreach and lead generation. The automation, the integration, and the support we've had from our implementation team allows me to say that our implementation is solid, active, and taking care of filling our pipeline. Be careful with your stages and automation, and control your integrations, and you should do just fine!
  • Integration with SalesForce.
  • Automation and action enablement.
  • General reporting and result summarization.
  • Reporting is good, but could be better.
  • Support for API developers.
We'd like to see an increase in pipeline fill, new revenue, and brand recognition.
Marketo outshines Pardot on data quality, but not yet on customer experience. Marketo outshines HubSpot on automation.
Marketo works surprisingly well for interactive marketing.
