Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

We have about 50 or so Marketo users across the whole organization. We use Marketo for marketing and sales.
  • Lead management
  • Organized view of programs
  • Email deliverability
  • I think there could be a more intuitive way to create and design emails. They do not always show up well depending on what device and email provider you're using.
  • CRM integration could be smoother
  • Loading/Processing time takes quite a while with big lists.
  • Engage and grow customers over time
  • Measure marketing investment
We have been able to measure marketing investment through the detailed reports Marketo provides. Because the Marketo landing pages are integrated, we can more easily track customer behaviors.
The loading/processing time is a bit slow, so it can get frustrating to use on a day to day basis.
