Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

We use Marketo for several different purposes. The main purpose we use Marketo is for our email marketing initiatives. This includes sending promotional emails to both current customers as well as prospective customers. As the senior social media marketing manager, I use Marketo for my Facebook lead gen campaigns. Once a user fills out a form in Facebook, their information is automatically filtered into our Marketo dashboard and a designated email is then sent to those individuals in hopes that they convert/purchase the product.
  • Lead Gen Campaigns - in particular the Facebook Lead Gen Ads that filter directly into Marketo for you to reach your leads via Email.
  • Tracking Analytics - You can see exactly how many people converted from your Email Campaigns.

Marketo has more functionality, flexibility, and features than MailChimp has to offer.
Marketo is a great dashboard to use regardless what industry your company is in. If you have a marketing department - Marketo is a must. You can communicate with your current and prospective customers, track how many convert, track bounce rate, and much more.
