Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
We use Marketo for our lead nurture. It is mainly used by our marketing and sales departments.
- Email campaigns - Feedback and scoring are great to test campaign strengths and weaknesses.
- Lead Scoring - Marketo's Lead Scoring is flexible and can be set according to your needs and specifications. This way you know which leads should be pursued and those that could use more contact.
- Events are easy to organize and track.
- Email design is a bit harrowing at times but the provided templates are great.
- Filtering leads for email campaigns is not as flexible as I would like, and sometimes to achieve the reach we desire we need to send out more than 1 batch of the same email.
- Importing leads can be complicated and sometimes despite errors it counts against your total.

We use Marketo for lead generation and nurture as well as to reach out to our current client base with new information and upselling.
We previously used Pardot and Infusionsoft and so far, Marketo has been giving us more value because of metrics provided and most especially customer service and support. The community is also a powerful resource.
