Our goal is to mostly upsell and cross-sell to drive revenue from our current client base. We are also sending out surveys, product announcements, content and operational emails. Marketo helps us communicate with our current clients and prospects through the salesforce integration. This integration also helps route our inbound leads from the website, seo and sem.

Marketo is a more robust tool that can handle our volume of leads, integrate with salesforce and is an easy tool to use.
