We treat the automation platform as our central hub for necessary management of all inbound leads. We run data processing as well as campaign insights that generally are not collected at the CRM level.

- Marketo's filters and activity tabs provide great details and insights into programs and specific leads
- Smart lists and dynamic segmentations
- Email Builder is flexible and great to use
Cons
- Field management - be able to delete fields
- New navigation is harder to use because there's the assets are difficult to differentiate without the old diff color icons
- Product Launches
