Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
We use Marketo for Lead Management, to manage the customer journey, targeting and personalization through dynamic emails. It is used by the whole organization. It facilitates digital selling, and identifying the potential customers for our products and solutions.
- Smart campaigns: Using this smart feature you can build your custom workflows and target the dynamic audiences based on filters and triggers in the smart list. The great advantage is that it is easy to build and manage smart campaigns. You don't need to write long codes to make it work, it's simple drag and drop feature
- Custom objects: You can create marketo custom objects for your business needs if it doesn't get suffice through the standard ones. We can view all the custom object data on a lead page in a separate tab. We can trigger off the custom object or manage the data using the custom filters
- Auto-save feature makes it easy to work with your assets by avoiding the need of manual saving. You need not worry of data loss during the power cut etc. as everything is automatically saved.
- Validation rules to be enforced to limit the invalid data in marketo
- Analytics fetaure can be enhanced by adding different visualization features such as charts etc.
