We use MasterControl Quality Excellence mainly for Qx and process forms. It is great for storing documents and launching forms. It helps process documents to become more effective faster and keep track of deviations, calls, etc.

900 - All functions in the company have at least someone who has access to the system. That would involve groups such as Quality, Regulatory, OPS, Complaints, Tech OPS, Compliance, Manufacturing. Some groups have more users than others. We have users and approvers for all functions. it depends on how large the group is

Support Headcount Required

4 - We have a doc control team of 3 people and then our manager. The one person and manager are more involved with the back end of the system but the other two are also considered sysadmins.
