Overall Satisfaction with Mautic Marketing Automation

We implement Mautic for many of our clients as it is a very reliable automation tool. It helps us very easily convert and manage well-nurtured leads in an easy way. For our clients, it has been a top-notch add on. Reporting is very easy, uploading data is a piece of cake, we really love Mautic in every way possible. We recommend Mautic if you want to take the juice out of automation.

Pros

  • Forms are very intuitive, you don't need to be a geek, anyone can use Mautic.
  • Campaign Builder is very reliable, fast, and easy to use—you have so many features to choose from.
  • Emailing with just a single touch, you can set your campaigns to lunch whenever you want, A/B testing is really easy, a few customizable templates.

Cons

  • Reporting can be very misleading sometimes, but you just need to get the hang of it
  • When emailing, you need to know the exact time zone the server is set on, because it may not send the task when you think it would.
  • We think it may have more room to add more templates, the one the platform has turned boring over time— I think it would be an interesting update.
  • We made our ROI back within a year.
  • Fulfills our needs and our client's needs, our clients love it.
  • I would just add more templates to the email construction selection, other than that, it is just perfect.
Well, it's like the same tool, but with different features. Overall, it is a friendly tool, easy to use, reliable, and it protects private information. We love it as I said before, we recommend it. It's a great asset. Mautic has all you need for your marketing needs.
Mautic is a great tool, especially for rookies starting to use an automation tool. It has been very helpful in landing us great prospects that become clients. Once you get the hang of it, there is nothing Mautic cannot do. Great for massive mailing, campaign builder is really easy, and the forms construction is bliss. We would recommend Mautic all the way.
