Overall Satisfaction with Mautic Marketing Automation

Mautic Marketing is being used to change how my company does marketing. Mautic is a comprehensive marketing automation software and it is helping us to capture more leads from our website. We are able to track visitors on the website and send them automated email campaigns based on their website actions. Mautic allow us to easily move leads from one campaign to the next.
  • Mautic is very good at the tagging system.
  • Mautic is very good at tracking website visitors. Visitors are first marked as unknown, however, once you get a signup Mautic automatically updates their profile.
  • Setting up the email templates has required hiring a professional. The templates that are provided are not fully responsive.
  • More responsive form templates are needed.
  • Mautic Marketing has helped me to capture more leads.
  • Mautic Marketing has helped me to increase my newsletter subscribers.
I have used Acton Marketing Automation and Mautic is very comparable to it. Acton is very pricey for a small business and Mautic offers many of the same features. Acton does, however, have support that will setup your system for you. Mautic does not have that if you are setting it up on your own server.
Mautic is well suited for companies that are ready to scale their email marketing to the next level. We were using Mailchimp but found that it did not meet all of our needs. While it was okay at email marketing, the features for landing pages, tagging and dynamic interactions were limited. I would not recommend Mautic for someone who is just starting out though. It can be very intimidating. Unless you have someone who is well versed in email marketing automation, I would not recommend using it.
