We use MediaValet to streamline internal processing, as a media library and source of all content. Facilitate everyday activities within the business to be hosted in the one place for all things media. It acts as a one-stop shop for record-keeping and saving legacy files that may only come in handy every once in a while, but are easy to access.

I think MediaValet far exceeds the ability of Dropbox Business in many instances - - It offers a better search engine. You can find more easily searchable files without having to actually re-name individual files. It offers multi-segmentation. Files can sit across several categories without needing duplication. It offers professional sharing. The branded portal is a very unique way for our teams to share assets.
