Great process, great product, great people!
Overall Satisfaction with MediaValet
We use MediaValet as a repository for a variety (and a lot) of media assets - ranging from old racebooks, articles, videos, photos, web assets, documents, and more. Ultimately, the ROI will be achieved through driving efficiency on a number of different workflows involving design, internal teams, and external partners.
Pros
- Listen
- Tailor
- Present
Cons
- I would love to see more case studies
- Automatically providing a star rating for some media assets
- Automatically tagging certain people (once initial data connection made)
- Searchability through keywords
- External access to assets
- CDN (Content Delivery Network) Linking
- While we have had MediaValet only for a short period, we are already seeing improvements in how quickly certain projects can be completed.
- I recently created an Annual Report which had a lot of big image files and data tables and using a Lightbox with our design agency to share these files saved us a huge amount of time.
- As we roll out MediaValet to the teams, staff are becoming more aware of the quality, amount, and value of our best assets.

Using MediaValet
20 - MediaValet usage covers all of the teams in the organisation and certain external partners. These include marketing and communications, CEO Office, Property, Hospitality, Video production, Digital marketing, IT, and Design. We have assigned a champion to each team and most teams have multiple users - some hold more senior positions and some are in more of an administrative function.
4 - We have a core group of regular users that design the strategy and roll out across the business.
These are from communications, marketing, digital marketing, and IT.
Each brings their own line of sight for how they use a digital asset management tool and - importantly - can ensure we have a variety of inputs to ensure we maximise the ROI for the organisation.
