Overall Satisfaction with

We have customers facing networking issues. Whenever they face a problem in their network, they open a ticket with us. We set up a meeting with them using and work on the customer issue remotely. The app is simplified and makes it very easy to share the screen while also speaking with them in the process. The app helps us keep our customers happy and out of issues in their network.

I think they all more or less do the same thing. But when it comes to , it stands out because of the UI. has the most simple UI of all of them. It also loads a lot quicker than the others which makes it easier for both us and the customer.

Would you buy again?

Yes is best when it comes to interaction with customers to resolve their issues. Sharing a remote session while connected on audio does wonders. We can ask for any information which we find out or need during the remote session. In fact, I believe there are no scenarios where it cannot be put to use.
