Overall Satisfaction with Meetin.gs

We have customers facing networking issues. Whenever they face a problem in their network, they open a ticket with us. We set up a meeting with them using Meetin.gs and work on the customer issue remotely. The app is simplified and makes it very easy to share the screen while also speaking with them in the process. The app helps us keep our customers happy and out of issues in their network.

  • Smooth screen sharing.
  • Simplified use.
  • Better audio clarity with low speed internet.
  • Screen grab.
  • Copy paste option.
  • Happy customer means more revenue.
  • Solving issues quickly means that the customer stays with us.
  • Return is way higher than the investment in Meeting.gs.
I think they all more or less do the same thing. But when it comes to Meeting.gs , it stands out because of the UI. Meeting.gs has the most simple UI of all of them. It also loads a lot quicker than the others which makes it easier for both us and the customer.

Meetin.gs is best when it comes to interaction with customers to resolve their issues. Sharing a remote session while connected on audio does wonders. We can ask for any information which we find out or need during the remote session. In fact, I believe there are no scenarios where it cannot be put to use.
