Overall Satisfaction with Meta for Business
I use Meta a lot to schedule out posts, to upload videos so they can either be shared or premiered, to promote my computer training services, and to keep abreast on any updates the company has. Though it took a little time to adjust with the updates, I can with a better flow locate functions and different categories in Meta for Business.

- Troubleshooting ad issues.
- Announce ahead of time when updates will happen.
- Have standards all across the board instead of favoring some and having different rules for others.
- I'm glad the Reels feature is now active for my business page.

- Promoted more incentives for businesses to earn money.

I believe since YouTube started with shorts, TikTok with their incentives for small businesses, and also Snapchat with their incentives for small businesses, it was time for Facebook/Meta to step up to the plate. Around late 2020/early 2021, Facebook/Meta offered small-business grants which was extremely helpful. Outside of that, I strongly feel Meta for Business had to come up with something in order to keep people associated with it. Finally, I believe Meta did what they had to do in order to stay competitive. Though it's free, you still have to pay to boost and promote ads.
