Overall Satisfaction with Meta for Business (formerly Facebook for Business)
It was used by one of our clients as their main communication platform with their customers. We implemented a chatbot that works in several pages of our client managed by Facebook for business. With it, they were able to review and administrate the received messages; especially in the cases where the bot was not able to solve the customer's problem
- Aggregates all of your Meta-related applications (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
- their documentation is terrible
- their support is terrible
- Their layout is confusing and you do not know information about it
- handling all Meta related pages in a business level and from the same portal
- It has helped to organize the information in one place
- It allowed us to reuse the same chatbot in different pages with almost no configuration effort
