Overall Satisfaction with Method:CRM

I am currently using Method to manage onboarding tasks for new clients. We have approximately 60 steps in various software integrations and in order to ensure everything is completed in a timely fashion for each client, we keep track of the completed activities as well as those still to be done. Once I've completed building out this process, I will use Method to keep track of the recurring client activities across the company. We will be expanding rapidly, and having solid systems in place is the only way to ensure we have world-class customer satisfaction.

  • The various integrations, QBO & Gmail, help me keep track of all customer interactions.
  • The more organized I am, the more time I have to take care of my clients!
  • I have nothing but praise for the support team and the rest of the crew at Method.
  • I think the software is usable right out of the box, however, to really get everything out of the customization horsepower, you need to have some programming skills.
  • Once I have everything set up, Method will help me stay organized, which will free me up to take great care of my clients.
Work is essentially a calendar and a set of tasks. Method allows me to set up recurring onboarding task lists and keep track of all customer touchpoint in one place.

It meets and exceeds my expectations. So far, it is able to do more than I need for my current situation. As I learn more about Method's capabilities, I will find more uses in our company for various features.
Every single person I have dealt with at Method has been outstanding. Phuong helped with my initial introduction and orientation. She asked about our company and what I was hoping to accomplish, then focussed our time on meeting those goals. Khamil was able to work miracles in an hour of customization and the two webinars I've attended have been a wealth of information. Highly recommend.
I have already recommended Method to several of my colleagues and clients. The app can be used in many different industries and scenarios.
