Overall Satisfaction with Method:CRM
Method is used by our organization for building client's orders from estimate status to completion. We also house our contacts in the Method database and keep current activities in relation to customers in each account. I enjoy the ease of accessing client information along with totality of client history that is easily accessible.
Pros
- Access to a database where you can add leads, customers and vendors
- Ability to take an estimate all the way to an invoice
- Works alongside QuickBooks
Cons
- Allowing attachments to move with an estimate throughout the system when it becomes a sales order, etc
- Allowing attachments on individual customers/contacts without it being associated to a specific customer
- Allowing notes on individual customers that populate when creating a new estimate or sales order
- Efficiency in the company has improved
- All associates have access to live updates
- Ease of use makes training quick and painless
