Microsoft 365 Defender is helping us to secure our communication channel ie. email. Microsoft 365 Defender plays an important role in protecting us from phishing emails. It is helping us to secure us from external threats. It safeguards your organization against malicious threats posed by email messages, links (URLs), and collaboration tools.

- Detect the phishing mail before it lands to inbox
- If the link is malicious then don't allow the user to click on the same.
- Block entries of malicious and spoof emails to the inbox
- It provide us better security options
- It improve the security for our communication channel
- It decreases the fear of being fooled by spammers and attackers.
Before the implementation of Microsoft 365 Defender, there was always a fear that someone in the team click on a malicious link and our whole system be under threat. Now after the implementation of Microsoft 365 Defender, this fear is nowhere. Now we are sure that Microsoft 365 Defender can help us in a more effective way as it verify each and every link before redirecting the page.
Before the implementation of Microsoft 365 Defender, we always need to be more careful while clicking the links received in emails. Now that fear has gone away. Our team become more efficient in using Microsoft products just because of Microsoft 365 Defender.
Yeah, we are currently using the automated response in Microsoft 365 Defender. The auto-response feature is very helpful and helps our security operations team address threats more efficiently and effectively. In Microsoft 365 Defender, automated investigation and response with self-healing capabilities work across devices, email & content, and identities and it help us to be more efficient.
