Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
It is used to detect and protect our systems in our whole organization. It is deployed in all our systems like Computers and Laptops. It provides real time protection. It is good for Malware, viruses and especially phishing. It scans fast which is great. No need of manual updates if we are using this product. It is very sensitive, sometimes it blocks threats which are actually not threats.
Pros
- Behavioral analysis is good. It helps detecting anomalies. Unusual patters are detected very fast.
- Updates are quick and automatic, like if a virus has emerged somewhere, it uses its intelligence to protect very soon.
- Scanning is in background and does not effect us.
Cons
- UI needs more improvement. It should be simple and yet with all features.
- Security policies for all levels is complex
- With this, we got improved threat detection.
- Security incidents are very less now.
- It cannot be used on older computers

- Ease of Use
Because all other products are from Microsoft.
Antivirus Protection, Cloud Protection, EDR etc.
Many number of Endpoints. Platforms like Computers, laptops, Mobiles.
