Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics 365

It is the essential product which does its job in B2B marketing. Really helps in improving business and our products in the market. There are lot of support from vendor to ensure the customers satisification.

But I think still needs some improvements in development and cost wise to make perfect.

I think there are lot of improvements required in Research and development side and cost of product despite the good services

I think needs improvements in performance, fixing bugs, make it stable, reducing the cost for smaller organisations or provide necessary services with low cost.
