Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics 365
We use it for all of our CRM duties including booking, purchasing, job contacts, and tracking engineering tasks like specifications, submittals, change orders, and close out documentation. We have tried out put all of our data in one place so we can track the entire workflow from booking to completion.
Pros
- lists customer contacts
- shows nice charts for jobs that are approved or submitted
- shows active and inactive jobs by user
- puts all job related documents in one place
Cons
- the sofware is cumbersome and not intuitive
- too many menus for items
- report generating is lacking
- it saves time by having everything in one place vs using multiple systems
- it is not intuitive
- not user friendly
