Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics 365
We are currently using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for our CRM Customer Relationship Management system for approx 5M records. We also migrated from the original HR module and are now using the Finance and Operations FinOps product for Human Recourses (staff records, booking leave, sickness records etc). We have also made use of PowerApps using a canvas app for recording time.
Pros
- Integration with other Microsoft products e.g. PowerBi/Data Warehousing
- Integration with Marketing, HR, Finance, 3rd party systems such as telephony
Cons
- For FinOps the promoting of environments is quite complex
- The pricing model, particularly around storage costs
- Integration with existing MS products has streamlined operations
- Reporting has allowed for improved insights
