Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Based on my role use it for Data Management new account creation and funnel & quotation management.

Pros

  • Robust
  • Varied Options
  • Self Sufficient

Cons

  • Cumbersome to use
  • Need to simplify the interface
  • Just replacing a better software (sfdc)
  • Improved Ticket Management
Overall it is a great product - lot of options etc but user interface and usability is not "exciting" or easy.
Used Salesforce.com before Microsoft Dynamics 365 - working in sfdc is a breeze as compared to Microsoft Dynamics 365 hands down.
