Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics 365

MD 365 is perfect for any manufacturing and distribution business. It comes fully ready to handle both functions plus inventory management, accounting management, and even customized builds for work orders. We used it exclusively to satisfy our daily needs. One of the best features was that adding or modifying any of the modules was simple to make it compatible and completely customizable for our business.

  • Movement between modules.
  • Easier way to customize reporting.
  • Multiple emails for customer notifications.
  • Streamlined the time for order entry from around 15 minutes down to 5 minutes per order.
  • Placing purchase orders under 2 minutes from 7 minutes or more.
All user functions in our company differ, but all users agree this system has made daily functions much easier and more direct. Order entry, when completed, sends an automated email to customers. When completed, purchase orders will send an automated email to the vendor contact. These functions save time and eliminate unnecessary time spent by a user doing these tasks or possibly missing a step. They seem like small tasks, but any time saved is time spent wisely. Human error is removed when you use the system how it’s meant to be used.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is much more robust, with more customizable features, such as user-specific settings and customer customization options. The system is easy to us,e and all modules can be customized to the exact need of the user. The standard version includes everything you need for a small business that is starting out. Additional features can be added as needed.

Provides our company access to manage and customize the folds tailored to our needs. We needed to have certain paragraphs on certain paperwork per customer. MD 365 has those options to customize where needed and remove when not. The system is easy to navigate, and training can be done in a matter of days, even without prior knowledge of the system or similar systems.
