me and my team use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to manage finances and sales in a easy way. it makes it easy for us to invoice expenses its smooth for me to manage all the finances. The system also improves our customer relationships makes it better. Also enhancing overall business performance.

Pros

  • Easy for customer interactions and improves sales management
  • manual work is very less by automated approvals and invoice process
  • connects with Microsoft 365 and one place for all my needs

Cons

  • easy for managing invoice and automated updates
  • Solves major sales problems and helps a lot for customer relationships
  • One place for the needs because it connects all the Microsoft 365 apps which we require
  • Insights from the software won us $30k last month in deals
  • Reports management and invoices the automations all have been so fruitful for the business
  • Compared to the plus points we get the subscription amount is negligible
I gave Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central a 10 out of 10 because I genuinely am using it since 5 years now and I feel this has been the best decision for us and our business till date. Another reason is that as compared to other options in the market Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is way more advanced and easy to adopt and use.
As compared to others Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is more advanced in terms of features and tools available along. In terms of pricing it gives a fight with the competition. Make it the ideal choice as its easy to use and for streamlining operations across multiple departments in our business.

It is best fit for business like us midsized operating in multiple countries and sales in a single platform. But for small businesses with simpler needs, it may be a bit complex and costly compared.
