Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Edge
Microsoft Edge is great because it is really user friendly. It helps me keep track of my tabs and frequently visited sites. It addresses the business problem of having much internet work to do. The scope of my use of it is that I use it for email, sites, viewing and downloading pdfs.
- Tabs
- Multiview
- Downloading
- Location services on Microsoft Edge aren't the best in my opinion.
- Don't love Bing's new AI feature
- I'd like to see a contact importer
- Positive ROI for it being free
- Negative ROI for it being not great at keeping track of contacts in my opinion.
- Positive ROI for time saved
I would use Microsoft Edge usually over Google Chrome. Chrome is useful because it helps keep continuity between the different devices you might be using for work. I would still choose Microsoft Edge over Google Chrome because I like the layout better, and it does a better job of synching with my Outlook email.

Using Microsoft Edge
3 - People from all over the business use microsoft edge, but only a few people use it. Most people prefer Google Chrome. I don't.
There really isn't much needed to support Microsoft Edge. It is largely speaking a very easy software to use.
