We use Microsoft Entra ID for managing and administering the company users in an unique centralized management point.
You can manage user's permissions, apply security directives, provides a security layer in order to protect users, applications and other resources, and improves user's experience with SSO.
Helps organizations to manage permissions assigned to users, always keeping in mind least privilege directive and managing the permissions full lifecycle.

We use an hybrid deploiment, our local Active Directory is Synced with Microsoft Entra ID, by this reason it simplyfies our management scenario, and it's synced several times at hour. If you have enabled the writeback functionality, user's can update theirs passwords using the cloud.
It helps to manage identities and user permissions, excellent integration with on premises active directory.
We use Entra ID to secure non-Microsoft apps, the first time you setup this feature maybe it will take some time, but it isn't too hard. Our apps use SSO, so the integration is perfect and no problem to users is found, this helps to improve the overall user's experience.
We have connected ticketing Software, and company knowledge site, and a third party tailored software.
No changes has been detected, users did not reported any change or problem.
Reliable, fully integrated with our scenario and easy to use. Having one administering point simplyfies our daily basis.
