Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Entra ID

Identity provider. That's it. It's our centralized business or our centralized identity provider, so yeah, that's it. That's what it's addressing.

Pros

  • Integrate with third parties for single sign on.

Cons

  • Functionality. Probably the situation where you have a hybrid on-prem and cloud offering.
  • Much of the cost was included in our Microsoft 365 licensing.
It's hybrid. That's it
Yes. Salesforce, for example.
No. Other than the active directory on premise.
No, not so much.
Okta One. Log on. Hint, this was the best because we're mainly a Microsoft shop.
