Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Excel is used company wide with everything from production planning to accounting and shipping and receiving. Many of our documents are generated in Excel format and having the abilities to create formulas, vlookups and other formulas are essential to all aspects of our company. Excel is a important part of everyone's role.

Microsoft is more user friendly in my opinion. More applications and systems are compatible with excel versus Apple Numbers. More companies we do business with use Excel for invoicing and warehouse management which makes Excel stand out from other software like it. It is important to have fluidity in our organization.

Excel offers probably the best service and is the best software to use for data management purposes. The only improvement they can make is by adding some instructions or some process layouts so that new users can easily use and navigate through the application. I cannot think of a scenario where Excel isn't an appropriate tool.
