Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Before we started using Microsoft Exchange Online Archiving, we were looking for a platform that would allow us to archive important data and set up retention policies, all whilst keeping everything safe in the cloud (especially for the Accounts department). This platform is very well suited for departments with huge amounts of information that need some sort of archiving for compliance or future reference. More specifically, as in our case, Financial Departments can benefit greatly from the features that Microsoft Exchange Online Archiving provides. I'd also recommend it for businesses that are on a strict budget, as prices are extremely affordable.
