Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow)
We typically only use it when there are functions or connectors missing from Nintex or for very simple workflows that we don't want to waste a license quota on. A few users have tried Microsoft Power Automate's templates, but using them is difficult for our average user, and most give up pretty quickly.
- Outlook automation
- Scheduled workflow
- Troubleshooting Flow issues
- User friendliness!
- UI is hard to read, each action's box is so large, it's difficult to see more than one item.
- Premium items are 'hidden' in the templates, but users can't tell if they do or don't have the licenses required. In my experience, more than one has described it as 'bait and switch'
- Connectors to Office Apps
- None or very little
