Microsoft Power Automate is the only tool that will deeply integrate with Office 365 and other business applications. The UI is very easy to use and anyone can automate it. This tool support multiple platforms like website, desktop application, mobile, and tablet. Other similar tools are also good but they does not support integrate with multiple applications.
