Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power BI
Power BI is actually being used by our entire organization. Each type of user has access to different views or reports, and they don't have to manually make the reports on another tool such as Excel, although later they can export it to Excel so they can manipulate the information or send them to another person.
- Reports and dashboards complexity were greatly reduced.
- Easy drill-down on selected information.
- Different types of views for the same information.
- The licensing cost might be a little high for some companies.
- It consumes a lot of resources.
- It's not very user intuitive on first use.
Microsoft Power BI was a little more expensive when comparing it to the competition, but it also offers a lot more options and is more flexible as well. Also, the quality and appearance of the reports and charts was more good looking and aesthetically pleasing than the other softwares evaluated.
