Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Powerpoint
I currently use Microsoft Powerpoint when I am developing training modules for our company. Whether it is instructor led or web-based, the training is made much more user friendly for the instructors and interactive for the students. Plus it has the added bonus of being able to create images and animations that can be used with other software in a wide variety of applications - especially simulations.
- Animations
- Graphic editing
- Audio and video inclusion
- The "remove background" feature could be a bit more user friendly - it tends to take up too much space and you're forced to start over and over again and take smaller areas to adjust which takes up quite a bit of time.
- I could use some more design templates with less feminine features like flowers and swirls. More industry-themed ones would be great to use.
- More adaptability to the "slide master" selection. It is extremely laborious to change each slide generated from the master slide.
- Ease of use
- Design ideas
- Speed of use
- The ROI that Microsoft PowerPoint provides is that our company is motivated to take their training and to stay certified in all their job elements.
- There is no negative impact since everyone stays trained and we are able to update our training quickly due to changing regulations.
- Microsoft PowerPoint is very flexible as far as several developers can collaborate on a project and save precious time by getting everything done in a timely manner and if one person needs to bow out for other projects, anyone can jump in and complete the task.
