Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Powerpoint

We use it to provide a guide and training of our employee benefits to new employees. We explained all our company benefits using MS PowerPoint, and the slides are nice visualizations that will help them remember what was discussed during the training process. It is a great guide and tool, and the ease of use is very, very nice.

Pros

  • Ease of adding or removing inserted photos or images.
  • Ease of set up with bullet points.
  • Ease of use with visualization.

Cons

  • There is an issue with saving the file once changes are made. A save has to be done.
  • I think involving more AI with ease of use on structure of the Powerpoint Presentation.
  • Also AI to help with wording and grammar.
  • Great impact at conferences and great comments.
  • It has drawn more attention to what the retaining of information.
  • It has brought in more clients.
It's great, other than the issue with saving over the file I am currently working on. I have to save as and create a whole new file and then delete the old one.

It is well suited in bullet point presentations that are quick, simple, and to the point. It is not so much for any policy or procedure set us. It's more for visualization because, for some, it's easier to retain what the subject was about with a great image or visual of the presentation.
