Overall Satisfaction with Mimecast Advanced Email Security

We use Mimecast Advanced Email Security for all email security. We have had to set up a number of different policies to allow email flow into our organization. The process for this is very cumbersome and takes way to long to complete. In our experience, almost every time support needs to be called for help. It is not very user friendly. Should be way easier to set up different policies.

It takes way to long for admins to set up policies. It is nice to be able to Star the things you most use on the dashboard. The dashboard is one of the best things with Mimecast Advanced Email Security. I can actually find what I am looking for in the dashboard. Still is an average product
we switch to Mimecast Advanced Email Security from Duo Circle
This was a switch that was needed. In my opinion, the product we were using was horrible.
