Overall Satisfaction with Mimecast Cloud Archive

Mimecast Cloud Archive ensures that we have an immutable standalone copy of all email inbound and outbound. This can significantly increase our speed in responding to requests for evidence or reviewing potential threats. We've found that by using Archive, we can set more aggressive retention rules and reduce the amount of data stored within Microsoft Exchange Online.

The product is simple to use, intuitive in design, and delivers information to the requestor promptly.
I've only ever had a positive user experience with this product.
I don't think we've experienced an availability incident in the 5+ years we've been using the product.
To achieve the same outcomes, a mix of in-place archive & litigation hold rules needs to be implemented. This is quite convoluted, not to mention we usually encounter a poor experience when working with Exchange eDiscovery/Purview.
