Overall Satisfaction with MindMeister
I use it for mind mapping exercises and then sharing with my team

- No positives compared to the competition anymore
- Better with Miro
Cons
- Customer service took 23 days to respond to a ticket
- feature set is out dated
- they have not invested and there are now better alternatives
