Miva Merchant gave us the possibility to have a functional website, a website that is under our control, and a user-friendly website. All those were problems that now are in the past.
- We are more than happy with Miva Merchant's support team, they are excellent at responding to any inquiry and ready to help on the spot.
- Also, Miva Merchant's online resources to facilitate the proper and most effective use of its product are priceless.
- Miva Merchant is a responsible, reliable, and innovative company that takes care of its customers in the best possible way!
- Miva Merchant has people dedicated to supporting you with ideas and suggestions to make your website a success.
- I guess it could have more tools to categorize and classify products easier and be able to add or cut some features on the listings in bulk. I have been having a bit of trouble with that.
- I do believe Miva Merchant is a costly product for medium businesses. A bit more than what it should be.
- Until now, we just see a better website, now we have to see if it exponentially multiplies our buyers like is expected.

Well, if I would have been an expert on setting up a website and managing it, I would have probably chosen something less expensive.
There are many good options out there, but MIVA gave us that personal service that felt just right. I love that still.

YES! Our web page developer/designer turned out to be a joke. He did not know how to use MIVA's software and literally had us working for weeks doing things that could have been done with a couple of clicks. After 4 months of work, he deleted all the descriptions on our more than 2000 products, he made a move to import them back and that brought all our old ugly pictures to the new web and destroyed all the work done before. This developer was recommended by MIVA. Bryan from the customer success support team worked for days cleaning up all the mess and guided me and trained me to do many things myself. THIS WAS AMAZING SERVICE!!! He was there at any time I needed him for nearly 3 whole weeks!
