Overall Satisfaction with Momentum.io

Momentum.io has been great for recording meetings with customers and being able to look back on those meetings and go exactly where I need to. Without any training I was able to set everything up, it's very intuitive. The AI is highly useful in real-time during the calls and the integrations have been very effective, such as with Salesforce and Slack. This has helped immensely with staying on top of deals and their progression. The call summaries are great for action items and next steps.

It is well suited for customer follow up and tracking, onboarding processes involving vairous stakeholders, CRM integration, call summaries.
Momentum.io has made the customer onbaording process smoother as the call recordings and summaries provide the necessary customer context without having to reach out to other teams.
May not be as well suited for small teams
