Overall Satisfaction with Momentum.io
Currently, we use Momentum.io for use cases such as analyzing our New Business Sales calls based off a SPICED model, identifying product gaps requested by prospects, to automating the handoff of information from Sales to Onboarding.
Pros
- Automates data entry
- Keeps the team/leadership informed of each deal without lengthy pipeline review calls
- Identifies areas of risk for customers as well as areas of improvement for product
Cons
- Guidelines for the best way to write a prompt during onboarding
- The sales team was able to remove a weekly meeting and get an hour back in their day with the help of Momentum.io's retro pilot feature. We have a Deal progression prompt to update a field in Salesforce anytime a rep changes the Op stage. Giving leadership clear insight to where each deal stands without needing to chat with the reps
- We've used data Momentum.io identified via the Batch feature to gather historical feature requests to make decisions regarding our product roadmap
It's been a while since I used Chorus. But compared to Zoom Revenue Accelerator, Momentum is much more intuitive and flexible. With the immediate Slack notifications and ability to customize, if you want to push data to SFDC or just alert in Slack is helpful to tailor the tool to what you need. As opposed to being forced to work within the guidelines of the tool (like one is to do with Zoom Revenue Accelerator)
