Overall Satisfaction with Momentum.io

We use Momentum to unlock customer insights through conversations with our customers at scale via our sales organization. It helps to reduce admin tasks, consolidate actionable insight and coach our sellers. Their platform has become a much necessary part of how we operate in our GTM org. The added benefit is their integrations with our CRM, Slack, Google Workspace and Zoom.

Once its configured, the data pipeline is fairly painless. Insights are delivered to slack, notes are appended to salesforce objects and data can be visualized in salesforce reporting. Their product roadmap is robust and their use cases are fairly wide depending on where you want to start. Its not cookie cutter which in today's GTM, is ideal because everyone goes to market with some level of nuance.
Troops was acquired by Salesforce and is no longer available

Gong is focused on convo intelligence and keeps the data fairly locked up in their platform with limited pass through to slack or CRM. AI use cases are one off / blackbox vs customizable for your business needs.

Momentum is built on AI, its not a bolt on that other companies are trying to add as a means to catch up.

If you have a customer facing org in a sales led GTM motion where you have salesforce, slack and telephony solutions like Zoom, this could be a game changer in how you understand what is happening in your business with your customers, at scale. Momentum is not suited for customers using smaller CRMs with smaller customer facing or PLG related orgs.
