Overall Satisfaction with Momentum.io

We use it to record all the calls, extract insights and update Salesforce from slack without needing to go to the CRM.
It let people focus on the call without needing to take notes, give summaries to people that dont participate in the calls and save admin time on updating the pipeline

Pros

  • CS team is super supportive
  • Calls transcripts are sent super quick
  • It supports many languages

Cons

  • it would be great to send call summaries to each individual user (not coming from the Momentum.io tool chat)
  • Understand better the complex of certain use cases to detect better signals
  • Replicate better call template summaries attached to the prompts
  • It can detect future churns and help us recover them
  • Same for the upsells
its easy and intuitive. But in some cases you need to go to the platform to map the call with the correct opportunity/account
Momentum.io is a bit cheaper, it detects multiple languages and have the slack notifications functionality

its great to give transparency on the calls to all the company and also to look areas for improvement, detect churn, upsells...
As its IA, its important to check everything before updating things in Salesforce
