Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use Monday.com to organize all of the wholesale accounts that purchase products from me. Monday.com has updates and automatic communication emails between me and all the wholesale buyers all from my personal CRM. It also keeps everything in one place I can refer to every update and has automation to automatically email me and alert me when it's time to contact a buyer. It's really easy to use and personalize.

  • streamline the amount of work I need to do by creating personalized automations
  • Sometimes the CommuniHub has glitches and doesn't work right, though this seems to be improving.
  • Maybe the address section could be designed a little differently. I don't like that when I enter a location it automatically fills in the name of the store as well. I would prefer just the address.
  • I save so much time just in organizing my wholesale accounts because everything is in one place.
  • I also save time because of the automation. All I have to do is click one button that I have everything already set up so that monday.com sends me an email and alert.
It was a little tricky when I first set up all of my automations and to kind of navigate my board and create it initially. So now that it's set up it's super easy to use so that's why I gave a seven in this rating.
When I have requested customer service from monday.com account the person who I spoke with was really helpful but the set up to get a hold of someone in customer service was a little complicated and time-consuming. I had to get a ticket in an email and then wait for a specific person to call me back at a certain time, that's why I gave a six.
I'm really happy with the overall performance of monday.com and it also continues to upgrade and increase the features available for use. When I first started with monday.com we didn't have the CommuniHub option which I love and since I started they now have it so here's an example of how they keep improving.

Monday.com is super helpful in keeping all my communications with my clients in one place. This includes all emails and phone conversations (I take notes on my updates while I'm on the phone with my clients). monday.com can be a little confusing because the emails are in a different location than the updates. It would be great if the ComminHub emails could automatically drop into the update section so everything was in the little blue chat bubble section.
